Burleigh Heads Beachfront Markets is the original Art and Craft on the Coast market, with a history of more than 40 years. It runs on the final Sunday of each month, offering a regular chance to browse handmade work from craftspeople around the Gold Coast.

The market is held at Justins Park, off The Esplanade between 1st and 3rd Avenues, in the broader beachfront stretch between Burleigh Headland and North Burleigh. Stalls line a setting suited to an easy wander, with the Ocean Way path nearby and space to pause on the grass. Local musicians provide live entertainment, while food stalls offer something to eat during the visit.

It suits a relaxed Sunday outing, whether you are browsing on your own, meeting others at the park or combining the market with a walk, bike ride, skateboard trip or scooter ride. Dogs are also welcome along the surrounding walking route. The market operates from 8am to 2pm, with timed street parking and additional parking available at the Gold Coast City Council library car park off Hayle Street.
