Cora Restaurant & Bar is a Mediterranean restaurant and relaxed bistro inside The Beach Hotel Broadbeach, at 50 Surf Parade. Its food offering centres on generous share plates, comforting classics, coastal favourites and platters, with an emphasis on straightforward cooking and quality ingredients. The format suits an easy meal with family or friends, particularly when the table is better shared than divided into separate courses.

The dining room is designed around a light coastal feel, combining timber finishes, natural textures and large windows with the comfort of an indoor space. It sits within the broader Beach Hotel precinct, giving Cora a connection to the venue’s public bar and events facilities while retaining its own cosy restaurant setting. The atmosphere is described as laid-back but polished, making it a practical choice for casual gatherings, family meals and group dining rather than a formal restaurant occasion.

Cora’s listed weekly offerings add variety beyond the standard dining experience. Sundays feature a roast with all the trimmings, while Thursdays offer chicken schnitzel with chips and a house garden salad. Wednesdays focus on a 250g rump steak with chips, salad and a choice of sauce. On Fridays, the venue lists a margarita and loaded nachos sharing offer, and families can take advantage of a half-price kids meal with every main meal purchase from Monday to Thursday. Cora is part of Moreton Hospitality, formed by the Anthony Moreton Group, which has operated The Beach Hotel Broadbeach and other Gold Coast hospitality properties. The renovated ground floor reopened in November 2024 with Cora as the new restaurant, alongside The Club House private events space and a refreshed Beach Hotel public bar. Dinner is listed Monday to Friday from 5pm until late, with service from noon until late on Saturdays and Sundays.
