After a background in professional golf and managing her own injuries, Montana spent more than five years in massage therapy, including two years as Spa Manager at a recognised health club in London. She established Curve on the Gold Coast as a space dedicated to women’s recovery and wellbeing, bringing together massage, lymphatic drainage and movement-based services.

Alongside treatments, Curve provides private one-on-one and group Reformer and Mat Pilates, including specialised pre- and post-natal programs.
