David Fleay Wildlife Park

David Fleay Wildlife Park is a compact wildlife park in Burleigh Heads, on the Gold Coast, focused on Queensland native animals and species that are threatened or rarely seen in the wild. It offers a more contained, easy-to-explore experience than a large zoo, with the chance to see Australian favourites including koalas, kangaroos and emus alongside less familiar wildlife. The park also highlights the bridled nailtail wallaby, a shy species that was thought to be extinct for more than 30 years and can be seen here.
