Green Fields Bar + Restaurant is a modern rooftop dining venue on level four of TAFE Queensland’s Robina campus, with views across the Gold Coast hinterland. Its approach centres on seasonal, locally sourced produce and suppliers chosen for their focus on sustainability, while keeping the experience affordable. The setting combines a contemporary interior with the unusual opportunity to see hospitality students developing their skills in two glass-fronted training kitchens.

The venue is part of a working education environment, supported by cookery and front-of-house students alongside industry-experienced teachers and local chefs.
