LiTO is a modern Italian restaurant on the ground floor of Mondrian Gold Coast in Burleigh Heads, bringing Italian cooking into an all-day neighbourhood setting. The restaurant presents itself as Italian in spirit but connected to Burleigh’s relaxed coastal character, rather than as a strictly traditional trattoria.

LiTO works for different types of visits: a sit-down lunch or dinner, drinks at the bar without a booking, a casual coffee stop at Presto, or a larger celebration. Private hire is available, including restaurant buy-outs and a private bar, with the full restaurant listed as seating up to 136 guests and the private bar accommodating 68 for cocktails. Walk-ins are welcome, although restaurant bookings are recommended. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, and the team asks guests to mention allergies or other dietary needs when booking.
