The concept began after the owners’ three daughters discovered rolled ice cream on a family trip to Bali. Back in Queensland, the family could not find anything similar, so they created their own version for the local community. The result is a dessert stop centred on fresh, handmade treats and the visual process of turning liquid cream into rolls on a cold plate.

The menu combines familiar flavours with more playful combinations. Classics include Banana Nutella, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Dream, Rainbow Party and Salted Caramel, while the Signature Stacks are listed at $14 and include Biscoff Crunch, Choc Brownie Overload, Espresso Crunch, Mango Passionfruit and Peanut Butter Bliss. The range covers rich, sweet and fruity profiles, with options such as mango and passionfruit for something more refreshing, or espresso and brownie for a more indulgent choice.
