Novotel Surfers Paradise is a four-star hotel in the centre of Surfers Paradise, positioned 150 metres from the beach at the corner of Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Hanlan Street. Its location puts guests close to the sand, Cavill Mall, local dining and nightlife, with shopping centres including Pacific Fair and Australia Fair also listed nearby. Sea World, the Botanic Gardens and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary are among the other Gold Coast attractions within driving distance.

Accommodation ranges from 30-square-metre rooms for couples or small groups through to family rooms and a 340-square-metre, four-bedroom penthouse that can accommodate up to eight guests. Room categories include ocean, city and hinterland views, and the hotel says its accommodation includes balconies. Families can choose rooms with a king bed and two singles, while larger groups may prefer the penthouse. The range also includes spa room options and executive rooms.

On site, guests can use the outdoor swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and outdoor tennis court. The gym includes cardio and resistance equipment, giving the hotel practical facilities for longer stays as well as short beach breaks. BLVD Café & Bar serves coffee, refreshments and all-day dining from breakfast through to lunch and dinner. The hotel also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, breakfast service, room service and a bar, while pets are listed as welcome and the property is wheelchair accessible.

The hotel’s modern event spaces are set up for meetings, weddings and other special occasions. There are nine meeting rooms, with the largest covering 406 square metres and capacity for up to 500 people, while banquet capacity is listed at 300. That makes the venue relevant for business groups, celebrations and wedding parties as well as holidaymakers. Couples can make use of the beachside setting, families have flexible room choices and facilities, and solo travellers have a central base for exploring Surfers Paradise and the wider Gold Coast. The hotel currently advises that exterior building upgrades are under way; during this work, the pool and spa operate from 4pm to 10pm on weekdays and remain open all day on weekends, Queensland school holidays and public holidays.
