Sumone

Sumone is a wellness social enterprise in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, bringing people together through individual treatments, group classes and workshops. Its focus is broader than personal wellbeing: the organisation aims to nurture, educate, honour and empower the community while supporting young people through its not-for-profit Heal.ed tribe.

The offering extends to quarterly retreats, Mental Health First Aid Training and corporate wellbeing programs that can be tailored for corporate and non-corporate organisations. Its Reconnect Women’s Retreat is designed around rest, connection, reflection and time in nature, with the retreat held at Wybalena Farm in the Northern Rivers. Sumone also offers a pay-it-forward initiative, allowing donations to fund free 60-minute sessions for people experiencing financial hardship.
