Women's Wellness Project

Women’s Wellness Project is a pelvic health, physiotherapy and Pilates clinic in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Its care is designed for women at different points in their health journey, including pregnancy, the postnatal period, pelvic floor concerns and general wellbeing. The clinic offers pelvic health physiotherapy, general physiotherapy and Pilates, with 45- and 60-minute consultations intended to allow time for thorough care.

The space is presented as more than a clinic: it aims to be a supportive community where women feel safe, heard and understood. Care is described as clinically informed and evidence-based, with physiotherapy and movement education brought together rather than treated as separate parts of wellbeing. Pilates is also available through the practice, alongside its Pilates teacher training program.

The project was founded by Georgia Feben, a women’s health physiotherapist, senior physiotherapist and educator. Georgia has a particular interest in pelvic health, pregnancy and postnatal care, and combines hands-on physiotherapy with Pilates-informed movement education. Alongside her clinical work, she lectures in physiotherapy at Griffith University and contributes to the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Committee.
