Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise is an apartment-style hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise, directly opposite the beach and close to the area’s shopping, dining and entertainment. The building rises 252 metres above the Gold Coast, with suites designed to make the most of the coastal setting. Some include private balconies, while all have opening windows and views are a major part of the experience.

The accommodation is set up for more than a short overnight stay. Suites are available with one, two or three bedrooms, and each includes a full-sized kitchen, bathroom and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchens include a full-size fridge, while suite features also include unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, Google Chromecast streaming, flat-screen televisions and in-suite coffee capsule machines. The three Penthouse Collection Suites offer the most exclusive option.

The location suits a broad range of travellers. Families and groups can make use of the larger multi-bedroom suites and kitchen facilities, while couples or solo guests may prefer a studio or one-bedroom setup. Surfers Paradise Beach is immediately across the road, the Cypress Avenue light rail stop is nearby, and Cavill Avenue is around an 800-metre walk. Light rail connections make it easier to reach Broadbeach, Southport and Helensvale, while the Gold Coast’s theme parks and hinterland are options for day trips. Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise was named Best Suite/Apartment Hotel at the Australian Hotels Association National Awards for Excellence in 2022.
