Robina City Parklands

Greenheart Robina Parklands is a 22.5-hectare community park at the end of Stadium Drive, beside Mudgeeraba Creek and close to Cbus Super Stadium. It offers a broad mix of outdoor spaces for play, exercise, picnics, informal sport and relaxed time outside, making it a practical destination for families, active visitors, dog owners and community groups in Robina and nearby suburbs.

Families are well catered for with a fully fenced adventure playground designed for toddlers and primary school-aged children. It includes large play towers, net bridges, tunnel slides, a climbing wall, swings and other equipment, as well as a separate area for younger children with cubbies, a small slide, talking tubes and spring rockers. Nearby shelters, picnic tables, barbecues and open space make it easy to extend a visit. There is also a shaded water play area with pumps, movable weirs and a sandpit, plus a learn-to-ride track for beginner scooter and bike riders.

For exercise and recreation, the park has an outdoor gym with body-weight equipment, a yoga lawn, walking and running paths, and ball sport areas with goalposts for AFL, rugby and soccer. A separate concrete area includes a basketball hoop and netball goalposts. The park also has refurbished rectangle sports fields with lighting for evening training, while the free SportBox locker lets visitors borrow sports equipment through the SportBox app and return it after use. Dogs can be exercised off leash under effective control in the fenced enclosure with agility equipment, but dogs are not allowed in children's playground areas and must otherwise remain on leash.

The park's community focus is also reflected in its accessibility and public art. Level concrete paths connect the facilities, with accessible parking, drop-off areas, wheelchair-friendly barbecues and shelters, accessible toilets, a change table and a Changing Places facility. The artwork Breathing Place, created by First Nations artist Lisa Sorbie Martin, draws on the native Water Snowflake and the Yugambeh word Bui, meaning breath. Its abstract water-lily forms are intended as a place for reflection as well as play. With 186 car spaces, public transport access from Robina Station and bookable areas for social gatherings, private functions and community events, Greenheart Robina Parklands suits everything from a short solo walk to a family outing or larger organised gathering.
